Author of Behind the Pulpit...I Still Remember
Sanedria Arne Potter was born June 7, 1974 in Winston Salem, NC. She was the second oldest of six children. Her father was a Vietnam Veteran turned Preacher. Her mother was a seamstress and homemaker. They moved around to several cities throughout the North Carolina area. This caused Sanedria to be the new kid nine different times, at nine schools, in her Elementary School career. It was during these difficult times that she began to write.
The writing of “Behind the Pulpit” was something she felt she must do. She wanted people, young and old, to know that you can overcome anything. She also wanted to raise awareness that there are many Veterans that are still struggling to cope.
